Frittata di pasta
Ingredienti:
- 150 g di spaghetti al sugo avanzati
- 2 uova
- 1 mozzarella
- olio
- parmigiano grattugiato
Sbattere le uova con 4 cucchiaini di parmigiano. Unire agli spaghetti insieme alla mozzarella a cubetti. Oliare una padella, versare la pasta, livellare bene e cuocere sino a che non si forma una crosticina poi aiutandosi con un piatto rovesciare la frittata e cuocere qualche minuto anche dall'altro lato.
